Listen to our interview on Michael Bhardwaj's In Town and Out (MP3 link) show on CBC Radio 91.5 FM that aired Saturday November 28th, 2009 for some great reasons on why you should come out to the Festival this weekend.
The Douglas-Coldwell
Foundation is proud to be the host for the Ottawa venue
of CLiFF - Canadian Labour International Film Festival
www.labourfilms.ca.
In the words of Tommy
Douglas, the Douglas-Coldwell Foundation’s Founding
President, the Foundation would be “a gadfly
to provoke discussion…to keep the movements on the left-whether
the co-operative movement, the trade union movement
or the political movement- from getting in a rut.”
We are certain that CLiFF will create great discussion.
We have secured the
386 seat Auditorium at the National Library and Archives
for the afternoons of Saturday November 28, 2009 and
Sunday November 29, 2009. You can also follow along
on the CLiFF web site www.labourfilms.ca
or here on the Douglas-Coldwell
Foundation’s web site. Interested in volunteering for
